The SS-14 Assisted Chin Dip uses a counterbalance weight system to offset body weight, allowing progressive development of pull-ups and dips. Multi-grip handles enable varied muscle activation. Featuring a counterbalanced weight stack, it provides the necessary assistance to perform pull-ups and dips with perfect form. The multi-grip handles allow for various hand positions (wide, narrow, and neutral) to target different areas of the back, chest, and triceps, while the foldable knee pad allows advanced users to transition to unassisted training instantly.
